Worst customer service EVER. I checked in online around 5:30. My estimated time was 6:36. We showed up around 6:45. We were the only ones in the waiting area. Three stylist were working tonight. 45 minutes later we are still waiting. I think one stylist was more worried about flirting with the guy she was giving a haircut for the last 45 plus minutes. I am really not sure what the other 2 were doing. Only doing 3 haircuts in about an hour with 3 stylist working. I think the are losing a-lot of money and customers. I am not sure if management will even read this. I would love a response if you do. You lost one customer today and I am sure many more if this continues. I am not sure how long we would have had to wait. I gave up after 45 mins.

Just had my first Sport Clips haircut at the Trailhead Center location in Billings Heights today.Wow. Just wow! I never dreamed I could get this level of service for this price. And the stylist, Tora, was spectacular. I’ve spent years spending double the cost at a local, “upscale” salon. It’s so great to find a place that caters to guys, and is really getting it right. Well done.

My son and i had a great experience and top notch hair cuts from seperate stylists. Hot towel with massage was a great un expected bonus. 🤠
